Dear sir,

I just received a call from the CBN Director of Currency Operations that he has sumitted our files to the authorities for cancellation since you have exceeded the final mandate given to you. so i quikcly called the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and plead with him to assist us in stopping the cancellation for some days pending when you could be able raise the commitment fee , but i was made to understand by the central bank Governor that is not within their capacity to stop the cancellation, but he has pleaded to the Banker's Association Chairman on our behalf, and the Banker's Chairman has requested that you should send a commitment deposit unfailingly today immediately for him to stop the authorities from signing the cancellation file today as supposed.

So I urge you to kindly proceed now in sending a commitment deposit of at least $350 to enable the Banker's Chairman stop the authorities from signing the funds cancellation today.

Failure to doing this now, would result to the final cancellation of the funds without any compensation. And note, if eventually we looses this funds, I shall abandon every other transaction for you and return back to my base in United State.

So comply to this advise now for your own good, PLease call me on my usa number asap.

Anticipating your urgent compliance to this effect,

Regards,
Dr. (Mrs) Zeti Akhtar Aziz
